225KW CAT D3406 T Package Generator Set

D3406 Genset; CAT SR-4 200kw AC p/b CAT 3406 Diesel engine, 270 hp, CAT SR-4  , Skid radiator, gauges, skidded Moved unit to the loadbank pad , did a full visual inspection . Pulled the valve covers , drivetrain looked clean and all in the correct spot. Replaced the radiator cap . Hooked unit up diesel , battery power , and busted off , let warm up. Made some adjustments to the voltage , set at 480. Unit looks to be in good shape to loadbank. Shut unit down and hooked up to the loadbank , Tested the unit for 3 hrs up to 200KW with no major issues I did fix a few small oil leaks , unit is a good runner . Shut unit down , did a full PM service , disconnected from the londbank . Steam cleaned and moved to the paint shop.
